Help for Mighty Map advertising

Q.  How do I place an ad on the property from the map?

A.

1. Locate the property of interest.

2. Click on the ‘Place Ad’ link located to the right of the map under ‘Advertisement’ grouping.

3. Fill out Add Advertisement Data form.

‘Ad Title’: The title of your advertisement.

‘Name’: Your name.

‘Company Name’: Your Company name.

‘Phone Number’: Your phone number.

‘Email Address’: Your email address.

‘Residential’ or ‘Commercial’: Choose whether this advertisement for commercial or residential use.

‘I Am’: Select ‘Broker’, ‘Principal’, ‘Leasing Agent’, ‘Other’ from the drop down list.

‘I Have Space For’: Select ‘Sale’, ‘Rent’, ‘Share’, ‘Sublet’ from the drop down list.

‘Brokers May’:  Select ‘Contact Me’, ‘Not Contact Me’ from the drop down list.

‘Brokers Fee Paid By’: Select ‘Buyer/Tenant’, ‘Principal’, ‘Broker’, ‘No Fee Will Be Paid’ from the drop down list.

‘URL’: Provide URL to your web page where you may have pictures of the property and any additional detailed information.

‘Details’: Provide details for the advertised property. Maximum 254 characters.

4. Click on ‘Insert Ad’ button.

Q. How do I check that my Advertising was placed correctly?

A.  1. Locate the property of interest.

2. Click on the ‘View Parcel Ad’ link located to the right of the map under ‘Advertisement’ grouping.

Q. How do I see ads around property I selected.

A.  Click on the ‘View Ads in Area’ link located to the right of the map under ‘Advertisement’ grouping.

Q. How do I hide/show ads on the map?

A. Click on the ‘Hide/Show Parcel Ads’ link located to the right of the map under ‘Advertisement’ grouping.

Q. How much does the advertising cost?

A. It is absolutely FREE. There are no hidden fees.
